I like that it keeps all of my records straight, so if i have to go back at any time there's no confusion as far what services were provided or when they where performed etc..
It can be confusing since its not very user friendly but thats because we are used too much other equipment rather than just this one thing! But once you get use for how everything works together then things start making sense!! We had problems keeping track before using service core however now our system has been updated several times over by them which makes life easier knowing exactly who did whats.
