I bought these to practice smooth driving movements. It is definitely quieter than regular golf balls. However, it has no feedback! It didn't even mark the sticker I put on the driver's face. I think it makes sense. haha! The impact must be softer to be quiet! Maybe my mistake is that I expected him to give feedback. So for quiet practice it works. But without feedback, you could just swing without a ball. However, this can still work well for short indoor play practice, as there is definitely feedback that the ball is flying and landing somewhere, and you don't have to worry about the ball breaking anything. So that's 4 stars overall as it's probably good for a lot of indoor workouts. But for me, who bought balls for driving practice, it's useless.
