I've never used a Chromebook so I bought a refurbished one because it's cheap and a great way to try out Android OS. For starters, although this is a refurbished Chromebook, it looks, runs, and performs like new. It easily converts from laptop to tablet, and especially in tablet mode, it feels and works like an Android phone. It comes with the Google Play Store so I was able to download any apps I have on my phone including the Ring app and Microsoft Word. The Chromebook itself is lightweight and doesn't get as hot as my laptop used to. It's also quiet, not only because of the SSD, but I don't think there's a fan built in. It has a micro SD expansion slot, but the card sticks out a bit when installed. It doesn't bother me, but I'm not sure why the slot was built that way. The included charger connects via USB-C and charges your Chromebook very quickly. Overall, this is a good Chromebook for beginners, and if you have an Android phone and have no trouble navigating its system, you should have no trouble navigating it. this whole Chromebook. In my opinion this is a good buy and I recommend it.
