Not for side sleepers

For me they are nice to sit up and read or watch tv but I could not sleep comfortably. I’ve given them a few try’s and woke up with a sore neck or upper and lower back pain pain.But perfect for shams

I love these pillows! They stay fluffy and are the perfect density.

Cons

The pillows may not stay cool enough for those who tend to sleep hot
