They say you get what you pay for so I think that's understandable. First, the charger comes with a thick manual, but don't be fooled, it's printed in 12 languages! In earnest. Using the controls on this device is not intuitive. And if you haven't read the manual (in the right language, of course) you won't know that you can force charge by holding the MODE button for 6 seconds when selecting a function. There is no light, no flash, no other way to know that you have successfully put the device into charging mode. If the battery won't charge or an error occurs, nothing will tell you what the problem is. I've had this charger for a while now and have been using it on a particular battery for a few weeks and it doesn't seem to be affecting the battery getting back into shape. I'm not thrilled with the design and performance of this device, and I'm even not sure if it even works!
