I really like that this toaster has a small surface but can toast not only bread but also bagels. I've been using it for about 2 weeks so far so good. It's a good thing there's a cancel button - with my previous toaster I had to unplug it from the wall or struggle with the lever to stop the process. Sometimes you just want something to reheat or lightly fry. Pressing the button has become much easier and in the bonus it lights up!
