I bought this light because it was just what I needed for my computer when I was working in the car at night. I received the lamp very quickly after ordering and used it immediately. The light was perfect for what I needed, especially as there were different brightness settings. However, the light only lasted about 25 minutes and I had to charge it. No, the only problem is IT DOESN'T WORK WHILE CHARGING. After the light went out after charging, I put it back on my laptop monitor and continued working. Well, he died again about 30 minutes later. So I reloaded it. Since this thing charges from my laptop's USB port, I figured I could just use a dual USB charging cable. NOT CORRECT. IT WILL NOT BE CHARGED WITH A USB CABLE. GENERAL. To be honest this light is perfectly designed and I give it 5 stars for the design but that's all I'll give it. If I could use it with a USB cable and work at the same time you would have the perfect light. Update: Customer support has definitely found success with their help. They sent me a new light and it worked as described. Now I have a light that I can easily use at night. Thanks very much!
