Review on Adjustable Power Tower And Dip Station For Home Gym, 10 Height Levels For Strength Training And Chin Up Bar Exercise Equipment - Improve Your Workout With CDCASA by Gavin Dunne

Stable, good amount of adjustability and great price.

Looked at reviews and pictures for a ton of these towers. Finally decided on this one. Happy with my purchase. Came packaged well with good instructions. Took about an hour to put together. Trick is to only hand tighten all the bolts until all together. Then I went back with my own socket wrench and tightened everything up. Its really stable, I have it in the basement which is concrete with pad and carpet on top.I'm 5'10 and about 190. This works great for me. If you are over 6 feet the arm rests for ab exercises may be low and feet could drag. Pull up bar is adjustable, I have mine set right in the middle because I have a low ceiling in the basement. If the pullup bar is set at max height and you are over 200 lbs I can see pullups causing some wobbling. For my size and use this is really stable and I feel safe doing all exercises on this tower.Only one minor issue. I got this for the multiple options for hand position on the pullup bar. Issue is the 2 handles coming out front to do a really close grip gets in the way a bit when doing a wide grip pull up. But I haven't hit my head or face on it yet, so not much of a concern.

Pros
  • Humanized Design
Cons
  • Due to its size and weight, the Power Tower may be difficult to move or relocate, making it less portable than other workout options
