Take it off the baguette, you need this awl, not cheap stuff!
I have had these broaches for many years, I still wear them and they look like new even though I use them all the time. The problem is that I have a frame shop in the basement and an art shop on the third floor and I have to keep going up and down the stairs to find out where the awl is. Decided it was time to get a second one. DO NOT fall for flimsy cheap ones. It is reliable and will serve you for many years.
