The case doesn't fit optimally and in turn presses on the display. You can feel it happening, but you only see the print on the display when the case is on. The iPod was only in this case and remained untouched on the table and not once in the bag. As it turns out, the slight crease coming from the case has bent the device enough to render it unusable as it will no longer turn on. Now I have to replace my device because of this crappy case. Do yourself a favor and buy an Apple case. Apple has tested cases for suitability and DURABILITY. You pay more but you get what you pay for.
