Can be improved but works
Shows temperature. In hindsight, I would probably choose one that has a base that isn't the probe itself. This would allow me not to risk touching the probe on the pot which would give false readings. It would also be nice if there was a heat resistant rubber grip because the damn thing gets pretty hot making it difficult to set the altitude on take off. But it is what it is and it works.
