XL wa longer face was uncomfortable
strap adjustment did not fit my long face. He was involved in throwing my friend off a bike (the helmet only survived scratches). The soft padding didn't seem very protective, it just made the case look huge and the glasses sat far from my face. Cool idea if the padding is reduced and a denser foam is used. It would probably be safer as it would compress a bit slower.
