Fits 1a, is not loose. Only the light scattering in the glass when the sun hits it from the side seemed better to me when the original was new. But I can't say for sure either. Definitely highly recommended for the price if the old glasses are scratched. Would I buy again.Update after a few weeks of use: NO, I would definitely not buy again. The coating comes off after just a few weeks and maybe 3x cleaning with a soft cloth. Now looks a lot worse than the original after several years! Conclusion: scrap!
