If like me you're new to knitting and still looking for the perfect needles, this set is a great choice. I've already made sure Knit Picks has quality needles that are comfortable, durable, and attractive. The ability to switch cables to circular spokes is great. They attach securely so I don't worry about them coming loose and losing my work, which is devastating in my early learning phase. I used their wooden needles and I really like them, but I wanted to see what the difference was with the metal ones. before buying a large set of wood. Wooden ones have a bit of grip, which helps with slippery yarns. Although metal fits faster. I may need a set of each of them. :) I am very happy with the quality and selection of Knit Picks. They have made learning to knit a lot easier after 60 years of crocheting.
