I just upgraded from XL to L and figured ordering a size up would work better for me as most people in their reviews said it was successful. They fit but are very snug and more like cycling shorts. I took them out of the box and just laughed. Don't order them believing they are normal US sizes. They will most likely fit as I continue to lose weight, but XL is more like a medium US size for teens. Nothing wrong with that, I just want people to know that ordering by size is no longer advice that fits all and you should probably go two or three sizes up instead, just to be on the safe side, it unless you like a tighter fit and then go crazy.
