I'm a bag and container person. I buy them and use them and often move on. This bag is still in use from when I bought it 3 months ago or so. What I like is:Decent shoulder strap.Handles on two sides for balance and easy grab points.deep enough compartment for my Surface Pro 8 without fiddling with fit.Large extra compartment with easy access due to long zipper runs.What I don't care about or use is:cable organizer for headphones.shoulder strap after first week, just don't need it and it gets in the way of the handles.What I don't like:Cannot lay it down without stuff in pockets in top compartment sliding out and mixing with other pocket stuff.No space for papers (what few I have) that keeps them flat or unwrinkled/dog-eared.No outer pocket for boarding passes or receipts.No outer stretch band to slip over handle of luggage in airports.Overall though, this bag is a winner and I'll keep using it until something better comes along. It's an 8.5 out of 10 on my personal scale.
