Review on 📞 VTECH CS612031: High-Quality Cordless 3 Handset Phone with Answering System by Susan King

This is the worst V-Tech phone I've ever had. He is defective. When I first received the phone, one of the batteries was empty. I tried it on all 3 phones and then called the company and they sent me a new battery. Second, since I've had phones (about a month), when I'm talking to someone, the phone turns off completely and the other person can't hear me. My voice comes and goes and my interlocutor tells me that I suddenly disappeared. This happens every time I use the phone. Third, the volume is low even at high volume, so is the conversation. Unfortunately I trust your device as I have had V Tech phones before and have NEVER had any issues. I threw away the box and can't return this product to the manufacturer and currently can't afford to buy new phones of little to no use to me. I don't know what to do but I thought you should know. Thank you.
