Looks good with glass. Its pros: Quiet. Quite quiet. i7 8700k and ~500 rpm each fan - 28-30 degrees, without overclocking the temperature does not rise above 50. Doesn't touch the rather big Crucial Ballistix Tactical (BLT16G4D26BFT4) memory (with backlight), margin is about 5 mm on Asus prime z370-a. Has some cons: Installation takes time. a lot of time (1151). There are no spare mounting screws and other trifles. Thermal paste was greedy at all, literally enough for 1 time. So-so painting - remove and put on the fan brackets and already torn off.
