The first one I got was missing a bunch of stuff but was quickly replaced with a new batch. I used 2-3 pieces of wax for each print. The seal is easy to remove and no wax is left behind. The wax itself melted easily over a real lit candle. Cons: The spoon is difficult to clean and very cheap. My grip fell off after 4 uses. It also doesn't sit on the burner. You must hold it or it will fall and make a catastrophic mess. Pros: A ton of wax came. Transactions dry quickly and look very sharp. The color marker made it very popular and looked so pretty. Very easy for beginners!
