Give yourself EXTRA TIME
I needed these for a party and decided to sit down and wrap them up ahead of time. GOOD - took about 2 hours to separate and fluff them all up. It's not HARD, it's TIRED. If you're short on time, give it a few days to work through it. They are bright colors and beautiful. Don't get near the water. This is thin paper. To separate the leaves (each "ball" has many "leaves"), use a dab of water from a cup to separate the petals.
