Review on 🔧 HHIP 2075 0504 Indexable Dovetail Degree Tool by Luke Hodes

I use dovetail torches this size more often than others and their performance and durability seem more than acceptable. Carbide inserts offer a slightly faster removal rate than HSS while maintaining the same surface finish without changing size from one substrate to the next due to buoyancy. On average, I cut 0.011-0.020" depending on the thickness of the workpiece with no complications. I use an LMS Hi Torque Mini Mill, so I don't have the horsepower of a larger machine to fairly critique this cutter like I should. Although I do believe that results should improve with additional performance.At this price point it's hard to go wrong.
