We recently bought a gas pan to use when we go to the countryside. Can't wait to start making burgers, dogs and breakfast! After trying many spatulas and reading many reviews, I settled on this one with black handles. We were blown away by the weight, size and feel of this set; We are very happy that we made this choice. The pieces are quite heavy and there are bevels for cutting or getting under the food, I see no problem cooking with these pieces. Oh, and the pieces are long enough so we sure don't have to worry about burning ourselves while working on the potable propane pan.
