I bought these because they have good reviews and glow in the dark. I selected a few to put on my son, cut them out, peeled back the plastic, placed face down on skin, wet back, held for 1-2 minutes with as much force as mine 5 year old could endure and continued. boiled when I removed the paper and found the tattoo was still stuck to the paper. Okay, the 1st didn't stick, maybe it's just an accident? nope 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. nothing glued. Thank you for turning my happy gift into a miserable waste of time and money.
