I am very pleased with these spice jars. I bought two sheets of 1" x 2" sheet metal from Home Depot, cut them to fit my cabinet and siliconed them in place. And get to work. Some jars are difficult to open and others are very easy to open, but that's to be expected. I didn't wash them before adding my spices. I figured with the ruffled edges it would take a long time to dry. I just wiped them off with a paper towel, which I would recommend you do with black film. I bought 2 sets of 20 and only 2 of them had the clear plastic on the lids glued back to front so they have indentations. But it doesn't affect them in any way. And you can't tell. Would definitely buy again. Best price I could find at Revain. I bought my labels separately.
