Review on Black Men's ASICS Snapdown Wrestling Shoes with Enhanced Athletic Performance by Mike Quade
You have to go big and far
I have a size 10 for men or 10.5 if the shoes are too tight. I bought these ASICS in blue size 11W 2 years ago and they are great for weightlifting and cycling. I have struggled in HS and college and I know from experience that you need to match your ASICS sizing. I just got the 11.5w Metallic Black and they feel perfect. Highest recommendation
