He usually wears size 2T-3T. I ordered the next size up so he can wear it for over 1 year. This jacket has a "straight" fit, although the sleeves appear a bit long. My son was so excited when he saw this jacket. He's been wearing it every day since we got it. The material on the outside is very cute, different color cars are everywhere. The coat has a lining. I am very happy with this coat... and more importantly my son is very happy with it. I recommend this item to others. I find the price very fair.
