I am diabetic, I make chocolate without sugar. I have used several methods in the past. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the device melted the chocolate chips while mixing the ingredients well. Then pouring the chocolate into the molds was a treat! Finally the cleaning was amazing, just put the cup under hot water and put it on the device! The device felt cool after I placed the chocolate in the freezer to set and washed the mug. It really has reduced the time it takes to make chocolate for diabetics a lot! It sits on my countertop waiting for the next time!
