The first brooch came with a broken tail. I sent it back with no problems and a new one was sent within a few days. The seller responds very quickly. This needle is wonderful. I love the fact that this isn't some cute cartoon cat - the realistic shape is excellent and the color scheme is gorgeous. The size is medium, suitable for all occasions. It's a little flimsy and fragile, so be careful with storage - don't throw it in your jewelry box! Wearable if handled with care. Maybe not so good for youngsters.

- Broken leg. It's really nice, but don't send it back. Please pack better. The resin is not very durable.
