This pan looks perfect for making pancakes, crepes or dosas, but apparently nobody bothered to test ergonomics. The handle is rectangular, sharp edged and MUCH too wide to handle this pan. I have fairly large hands and don't mind heavy pans, but I would not be able to flip a pancake in the air with this pan. The handle is highly uncomfortable to hold, has hollow recesses on the underside, making it almost painful to hold it for more than a few seconds. Also prone to trapping dirt in those.I returned this immediately and ordered something with a smooth, round handle.
- I really like the skillet nothing sticks to it but the handle needs tightened
- just not what i expected...flimsy.....
