This is a great shirt for sports. It is lightweight and has excellent absorbency. At first I thought the back would look odd due to the mesh in the material (small holes) but turns out that's part of what makes this shirt fabric so breathable. I bought this for my husband who trains hard every time and sweats a lot so the moisture wicking material was great. He has an athletic build with a very broad, muscular chest and a narrow waist. The medium suits him well on the shoulders and chest, but is looser in the waist. The small one might fit him better but I'm worried the shoulders will be too tight. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 158 pounds.
