Review on SUNLITE RackTop/Handlebar Pet-Friendly QR Basket, 15.7 x 16.9 x 12, Black by David Shah

The basket is too small for my little Chiviny. She weighs 11 pounds but looks very upset in the basket. I haven't rolled her yet, but it wasn't until I put her in the basket with the lid closed that I realized her head was too close to the top. Okay I ordered a helmet to fix the boomo problem then she sticks her head out and those wires look like danger waiting with her eyes so close. I think that's a good start but to make it dog friendly they need to add padding to the wire mesh and also offer a larger size for any size over 6-8 pounds. This is probably normal for a small Yorkie/Toy Chihuahua (not large ones) and other small dogs. My dog is around 11-12 pounds and the basket is too small for a comfortable ride. For that reason I would say it's not worth the money as small dogs will fit almost anywhere anyway. I like the rack mount, it looks solid. Not like the basket lid. You'll probably have to secure it a bit, it can open while driving.
