We like to shred our cheese fresh due to not liking the additives in preshredded stuff! We have used the basic box grater for years, which works and we are grateful for that tool as well… I saw a friend on YouTube use this so I decided to give it an order before our next taco Tuesday excursion… it arrived just on time! It has been love at first use. The kids who used to grumble over the cheese grating chore now eagerly await their turn to do the grating!I’m sure there are lots of great uses for this, but so far we have only used it for cheese and eggs in a salad! Lovvvve and would definitely repurchase in a heartbeat if needed.
