Review on Mercer Culinary Handle Turner Spatula by Lisa Golden

I recently bought a Hell's Handle to see if I could improve my already amazing hamburger skills. I have to say that I am very impressed with this spatula. It has the weight of a quality tool, but it's also comfortable and well-balanced. The width is perfect for chopping and grilling without being too big. I mention this because my pan isn't very big, so I have to be mindful of space. My previous smash tool required a lot of space between each item, which slowed down my cooking. Let's go back to the infernal pen. The edge is sharp enough to separate meat and fat from the grill but not sharp enough to cut yourself. If the burger is done right, you end up with a delicious caramelization, and Hell's Handle really upped my game.
