I'm ready to eat healthier and start juicing. I'm fed up with the refined, processed foods I eat primarily as a quick and convenient way to add some bad calories to my body. I didn't want to buy a juicer because the last one I had was a cheap centrifuge that I admittedly bought twenty years ago. I seem to have used it once. Fortunately, however, there is now technology to create a streamlined, clean juicer that I'm sure will raise the bar to a new level. The Ventray Cold Press Juicer is amazing. Like everyone else, I did quite a bit of research; I'm so meticulous now. After reading about a million reviews and watching as many videos, I became quite jaded, thinking I basically had two choices: either spend a lot of money on a quality juicer, or stick to the affordable end and buy a low-quality unit . Would be happy. When you watch video reviews it gets depressing to see the "best selling" juicer in my price range sitting there swaying, creaking and struggling to squeeze out a drop of juice. Then I found Ventray and kept coming back to it. I finally bought it and am very glad I did. I know I sound like a salesman here, but it's really just pure excitement. I love this juicer and am 100% happy with it. I've used it four times in the last five days to extract five or six liters of juice. I have juice from apples, celery, kale, spinach, ginger, oranges, lemons, pears, carrots, cucumber and red cabbage. Everything went in easily and came out perfect for me. Incidentally, very little pulp, minimal to moderate foam and NO green strings. The great thing is that you can keep the juice in glasses for drinking the next day in the fridge and it doesn't taste bad at all. And don't share. Since the juicer is slow, it makes juice quickly. For example, I can make a liter of Joe Cross Lean Green Juice in less than five minutes. And I actually used carrot paste to add to some of the black bean burgers I made last night. You were amazing. I was really surprised how small the dimensions of this device are. It would fit nicely on a countertop although it's a bit large as it's a vertical machine which may not fit under some cabinets. So far I've left mine on the kitchen island to admire when not in use; I know. I need to get out more. Really very easy to clean. When disassembling, I rinse each part and drop it in dishwater for a quick clean. It really couldn't be easier. And best of all: processing quality. That is hard. It doesn't vibrate, wobble, or wobble when juicing even tough veggies like carrots. Each piece is made from durable material, everything fits together perfectly and feels like it's meant to last. I can't wait to share the juice with my friends but so far my partner and I have had it all (mostly me to be honest). I'm currently fighting the urge to go to the fridge to refill while I'm writing. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to a friend even though I've only had them for less than a week. And to be perfectly honest, I'm going to give it a few months and do a photo review. Thank you for reading.
