Well reads the pulse, situation, steps, activity, sleep phases. There is no GPS receiver, so if you want to see the track, you need to take your phone with you for a run with bluetooth turned on. I am satisfied with the purchase, I only wear it in training, however, sometimes I forget about it and I have to walk with them all day - fortunately you don’t notice them.
