Nice but not perfect

EDIT 7/30/20. I contacted ErGear about the flex arm and they sent me a replacement very quickly. VERY good customer service and added a star to reflect this. I have this and another ErGear single monitor mount and this one is much better as a newer model. I have a few complaints about how the arms are aligned, but it's not bad. When I bought this there was a 20% discount coupon which made the purchase even more attractive. I have a strange problem with one of the levers. On the outer non-adjustable hinge, just before it meets the VESA mount, my hand won't stay where I put it. He wants to turn away. There is no way to solidify this connection, so I don't know what can be done with it. I will ask the seller for help and get back to you.
