Review on 🧹 Bissell 2156A Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner by Dang Esq

I bought this vacuum because I was tired of my shelves falling on me every time I used the hose attachment and I wanted the suction power of a cheap brushless vacuum was impressed, which I bought from Aldi. Another user mentioned the need to use this vacuum to work on carpet, so I tested it on my mid-pile carpet and then laminate. I wasn't impressed with the result of the rug, but I hate rugs so I'm hoping my future home won't have them. I would recommend this unit for a small apartment or apartment building with a hard floor. Pros: Excellent suction power. The lack of a brush means you won't stop if you come across an unexpected small object or hair tie. Cleans hard floors and cracks very well. Cons: The hose is very thin and kinks easily. The cable is too short for a large room or a medium-sized room and hallway. Wheels on the floor collect hair (see photo #2). Not recommended for carpets. Difficult to generate enough hand movement for a good clean (see photos #6 and #7 of my Shark Navigator can zig after 3 passes over the carpet). The bristles of the floor nozzle immediately get caught in the hair and are therefore ineffective (see photo no. 5). Extension tubes tend to pick up dirt on the outside due to static electricity and suction (I should have photographed it earlier when it was dirtier, but photo #3 was taken after my third lap on carpet). In order to completely empty the canister, you have to get your hands dirty. Only the crevice tool and brush are included in the kit and there is no option to store them on the unit. You shake the dirt in the trash or throw the whole tank in the trash without a handle and blow all the dust back in your face x_x Same goes for the filter. I've found that the best way to clean the bristles of a floor tool or brush is with a hose/split tool, rubbing the bristles back and forth a few times: phew! Clean.
