I bought this portable oral irrigator in April 2020. It is designed for travel. I tried it when I first got it and it worked fine. I took it on two trips and it worked. It is now August 2020, the device turns itself on and sits in the closet. There is no way to remove the battery. I struggled to turn it off and eventually I did. But it happened 2 more times. When I finally started using it it wouldn't turn on so I plugged it into the charger, it shows it's charged but it won't turn on anymore. I tried to return it but was told it was past the return date. It's not something you use every day, the return date must be more than 30 days. Stay away, this article is completely useless.
