These shorts don't come cheap, but let me tell you, they're worth the money. I have previously used a similar model with slightly less protection (the foam was slightly softer). They have better protection that won't bother you while riding, but will protect your buttocks, thighs and some bones if you accidentally fall while mountain biking. Very comfortable and correct size according to the size chart. Shock Doctor has great products and TLD chose their co-brand partner correctly!
