update! When I first bought this fan it worked great and I gave it a 5 star rating but like so many others who have bought it I have the same issue of my battery not charging. I push the button to turn it on and it spins for half an hour Second and then I stop, I use a lot of little products to work and either it's really good or I should say LEMON there aren't any Contact number you would think that a company that supplies a lot of goods that serve customers there there would be Highest level like AMAZON just shows they might take their customers for granted and this is an American company and we should be proud to support them, but each time it gets harder. Small if you see this please reply to any review that your online customer and supporter has a problem or doubt about a product, your product and the hat we bought with our hard earned money. Please provide an advice or solution to help us all troubleshoot and resolve an issue that (we) are having with one of your products.
