The best thing I like about this software is it's simplicity along with easy customization as per my need. Also the support team always available online or by phone helps me whenever there is any problem in running the software. It has almost all features needed for an Inspection software however if you are looking for more complex feature then this will not fit into budget otherwise it worth buying even for basic level Inspection purpose. My organization uses BeExl for their Asset Data Management System (ADMS) where we create Maintenance Schedules with multiple tasks from asset list and run reports accordingly using many different filters. Now we can do real time tracking of jobs and also schedule them in future for preventive maintenance.
