Excellent toothpaste. good for oral care
My colleague from Poland introduced me to this toothpaste and I like its taste and everything related to it. I had small dark spots in the ridges of my molar and I was afraid it was a hole. After a month of use, the dark spot is gone. You don't need much, a little is enough. I usually brush with regular toothpaste, rinse, floss, rinse and apply this toothpaste without rinsing to help it stay on my teeth longer.
