Sharp and light Excellent combination of knives.

This knife is great! If you are looking for a sharp and easy to use knife, this is it! It's sharp, light weight and has a nice design which is a big plus for me as I have a lot of knives and the better they cut the heavier they are. Not this one. It's like a dream come true for those who spend a lot of time in the kitchen!
