Nice clean modern and sleek look but they pause maybe every 30-45 seconds while the music plays for about 3-4 seconds. I do not know what you are talking about. The speakers go silent, but the song continues to play. So when the speaker comes back on, you've missed 3-4 seconds of the song. It's very annoying, I'm definitely removing these and reinstalling better quality speakers. My electrician installed them. However, I like that they are compatible with Alexa. Oh yes, there is no base, the sound quality is very basic.
