So I gave this item 5 stars overall (but 4 stars for ease of assembly, cost and thickness) just because it was so much better in every way . level than I expected. I bought this set for a carnival party. It's easy to put together for the most part, but keep a few small paperclips handy to hold the "balloons" together so you can flatten them and save for reuse. Make sure you have the time and patience to fluff up the pompoms properly. You may be able to flatten the pom poms for reuse, but I'm not counting on that. The fabric is quite thick, but you have to be careful that your hands are very dry when you shake them so as not to damage them. Everything is also easy with flashlights, just be patient and don't stick your fingers in the paper. Again, the paper is pretty thick. For only $16 I think this is a great set.
