I know the post office could have done it, but I was still unhappy. There were also black scratches all over the surface.

Bought for my daughter's birthday. Received the item and opened the box and a pair of eye shadows was broken. I know the post office could have done it, but I was still unhappy. There were also black scuffs on the top of the makeup box, and the makeup leaves stains on the skin! It's a good idea and I'm sure my daughter would love it.
