These things are so strong once in place my hood actually jumps open, if Chuck Norris was a hood stay he would be. My wife was actually sitting on the hood and I accidentally popped it open and it flew into our neighbors house and we live on a farm so our neighbors are about 5 miles away. I'm not sure if they are legal due to the sheer power they generate. Upon installation and the initial pop of the hood, the force of the fall crushed the ground beneath the car. I actually installed 4 on the foundation of my house so in case of a flood I can raise the whole house. These things cost money!
