These lens cloths have proven themselves. I've had mine for a few months and the only reason I deleted my first one is because I thought I should give another design a chance to hike with me. The first has been soaked from time to time to remove built up dirt (my glasses take a lot of splattering from sauté pans when cooking) and continues to perform reasonably well with no noticeable loss of performance or fading. That being said, I only have three of the original five left because my wife and mom stole their favorite designs from my set. You can consider doubling the purchase amount if you want to avoid my fate.
