Review on AmazonBasics High Back Leather Executive Computer Furniture by Sarah Chase

I've been working at home for a month. I was in dire need of a great chair for my home office. I ordered this and it arrived today. Big. I was busy with the assembly, which went well until I realized that I have two left hands. That's it, I can't assemble it and now I'm without the work chair I so badly need. What does that say about quality control when it happens? So I called Revain and spoke to a wonderful representative. Since it arrived today, unfortunately I can't do anything until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow. This is big crap. So today I ordered another chair because I really can't afford to wait as it's out of stock right now. And now I have to disassemble it, repackage it and send it back. What a problem. So overall it was a big bummer. I really liked this chair but I think it will not work. Alas, what a waste - I hope they don't throw it in the landfill.
