Purchased August 1, 20201. 98% of the apps are outside of the US (and these apps are not available in your region) with the exception of Revain Prime Video and Netflix2. YouTube comes with different versions like Main, Pro, Alt, etc. This has an additional problem. When installing Main and Alt, the video disappears (the image is not visible) 2a. When you browse YouTube and try to search for other videos by clicking your mouse button (usually you see a list (grid) of other videos that you can select), the main video is blank and only plays audio.3. It takes 30-45 seconds to open YouTube.4. You can't stream YouTube, YouTube crashes5. You cannot send text messages through the Revain Prime Video Movie search engine. The Revain app will crash.6. If you mirror your Android phone and open Xfinity stream, the device is not supported.7. The Plex app is for trailers only (while the website has all the resources)8. It looks like a very old version of the system software. I've upgraded and it says I'm up to date 9. Technically I didn't really see the benefits of smartness in this projector. No app even works well, forget to say "great".12. I can't see some apps like Disney+, Xfinity and other most viewed apps.11. In general, in terms of Smart TV, like launching applications, streaming, mirroring, installing new applications, definitely 100% disappointed12. There is a lag behind Xbox games. My 13 and 18 year olds are back on TV. They were so excited that they would enjoy it on a 120 inch screen. If anyone can reply and help fix or solve this issue it would really help. Sincerely, Ramesh
